  Kind of gross/ unsanitary - I ordered the pizzas via the iPhone app and it was to be ready @4:36pm. I arrived just after 4:30, I'm guessing my pizza did not go in before then. It did not seem busy at all. Only one guy was making pizza, no gloves - he was either new or just in no particular hurry. Noticed another (maybe shift mgr) grab a large crust (no gloves) flip it up on his not so clean sleeve while briefly helping the other. I noticed the woman who cut the pizza moved a piece of pepper back on to the pizza, with her bare hands. The pizza was available around 4:50. The wait was unexpected, but I thought there were some sanitation rules that required workers to use gloves while handling food, I'd feel better if they used gloves. Yes, I ate the pizza and it tasted fine and I didn't get sick. However, I won't be going back to this Pizza Hut, I'll go to the one on Homer Adams, where you can't see the workers or conditions where they make the pizza.
